Gryff's Corner

                       

This is my boy Gryff. He's named after my favorite Hogwart's house. We brought Gryff home at seven weeks old and he's been my side kick ever since.

Gryff was brought into my family with the intention of having something to motivate me to live healthy. I wanted a hiking buddy and something that would get me moving more. I never expected to live plant based, but he fits into my plans more now than ever before. He's my fitness partner and my best friend.
